From burnout and disconnection to

deep healing and purpose

Ashley’s journey is rooted in helping others reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and come back home to themselves.

I am so happy you are here!

My story doesn’t follow a traditional timeline, but it has taught me that life happens for you, not to you.

At 18, with a deep love for biology and chemistry, I decided I wanted to become a biochemist. My dream was to help people who were chronically sick get to the root cause of their symptoms at the DNA level. At the time, I believed the path to doing that meant working in the pharmaceutical industry.

As life lifed, I ended up in a corporate finance career for 15 years. I loved my work, thrived in the corporate environment, and was highly respected. I traded my dream of helping people heal to helping people achieve their business goals.

The long hours, constant pressure, highly competitive environment, and feeling that I always had to prove myself slowly disconnected me from who I was.

My worth became tied to my title, performance, promotions, and external validation. Over time, my body began shutting down.

What started as exhaustion eventually turned into chronic fatigue, food sensitivities, gut issues, declining mental health, depression, hospital visits, and a deep sense of apathy. I kept searching for answers, only to be told over and over again that “everything is fine.”

One day, while mindlessly scrolling Instagram, I came across an ad for a free Biohacking Mastery event. I almost kept scrolling, but something told me to go back and click the link. Biohacking intrigued me because, at that point, I was desperate to find something that could help me feel like myself again.

That decision changed everything.

xo, Ashley

I began learning how to heal from within rather than simply manage symptoms.

Within a few months, I barely recognized myself, and the people around me noticed the change too.

For the first time in years, I felt alive again. It truly felt like I had been given a second chance at life. That journey led me back to my original purpose: helping others heal at the root level.

I went on to receive my Integrated Health Practitioner (IHP) certification so I could continue healing myself while also guiding others through their own healing journeys. It felt like a full-circle moment — finally having the tools, knowledge, and experience to support people in addressing symptoms at the root, without immediate reliance on pharmaceuticals. (Though I absolutely believe there is a time and place for them.)

These days, you’ll usually find me starting my mornings on the red-light bed, practicing hot and cold therapy, and reconnecting with my body. In the afternoons, I’m often on the pickleball courts with my husband, and I try to end each day with gratitude and stillness.

I am deeply devoted to health, healing, and helping others reconnect with themselves, and I cannot wait to guide you back to yours.
